In 2019, BBQ Bros won the 2nd place at the South America International BBQ and grill tournament in Chile

“If you get that gut feeling, trust it, and give it your all,” is Mario Aoun’s mantra. As owner and director of the BBQ Bros, one of Lebanon’s brightest food concepts, he has certainly followed his instincts, creating a respected brand that is now present in several countries in the Middle East.

Creatively grilling all kind of food NOT ONLY THE JUICY MEATS but all kind of food ranging from burgers, sandwiches, foods in skillets, and even PIZZA. BBQ BROS uses the OFYR grill in addition to all sort of creatively crafted grills

THE ART OF GRILLING

BBQ Bros is innovating introducing creative grilling tolls for the sake of the Art of the Grilling. All meats are smoked in-house daily over fresh-cut hickory.  Sides and BBQ Sauces are made from scratch using top-shelf ingredients. Winning second place in the world in the South American grill and BBQ tournament in Chile. In 2017, the kickstart of a new thrill grilling experience was introduced to the Lebanese market, under BBQ BROS New Concept, The Glasshouse, home of BBQ BROS. a success that hit the region by a skyrocketing growth to gather people around the fire for an upbeat live cooking experience, enjoying the food, the mood, and the warm memories.

Mario Passion

Mario went beyond the international level and has taken precedent over Asia and the Middle East and is on the board of the World Barbecue Association. Today he is the president of the world barbecue association, ambassador of MENA, and director of marketing of the WBQA.
